  About Founder, Jennifer Bell

Jennifer Bell  is a Resilience & Life Reinvention Strategist, Speaker, and Embodied Wellness Professional who helps individuals and organizations navigate change with strength, clarity, and intention.

A certified Life Coach, Jennifer also holds fitness and nutrition certifications and brings decades of lived and professional experience into her work.

With a background as a professional dancer, choreographer, fitness competitor, and survivor of significant health challenges, she integrates movement, mindset, and resilience into experiences that are both practical and transformative. 

Her approach is grounded, engaging, and designed to meet people where they are—while guiding them forward.
